The German race team comes to Scotland for the UCI World Championships.
The fact that the Advanced E-Racing Team will be coming to Scotland for the UCI Cycling World Championships, marks the start of offering the sportive Advanced portfolio to dealers and eMTB riders in the UK.
Up until now, we have been focusing on the low impact, 100% recyclable carbon composite RECO eBikes.
We now open up their portfolio to the eMTB segment as well as other hybrid and Urban eBikes to follow.
Adam and Sophie from Advanced Bikes UK say “The German manufacturer has a wide range of all very reliable quality and beautifully designed Bosch powered eBikes; for the brand to really take off in the UK we feel it’s time to bring all their strongest models over here, the eMTBs being one of our favourites.”
The Advanced E-Racing team will be seen racing in the eMTB cross country races for men and women at the Glentress Forest, Tweed Valley on the 9th of August 2023. we

Fin Robertson from Ride Electric who are the first UK partner to take on Advanced eMTBs says “I will personally be there to see the team race and can’t wait to familiarise myself more with this up and coming brand, its people and bikes.
I was impressed to see what’s coming for model year 2024 when I saw their range at Eurobike in Frankfurt last month. Now it is the time to impress my own customers and let them have fun on the Advanced eMTBs.”
Podium Winners already
The Advanced team has already been racing this season in 5 world E-Bike series events across Europe and have a many more ahead of them until the end of October 2023, being the UCI World E-Bike Series (WES/XC), the UCI EDR-E World Cup (Enduro), the German and World Championship as well as the eBike World Tour. The riders in the team are called Antonia Daubermann, Heiko Hog, Hannes Herrmann and Rico Libesch, who just claimed the German championship title last weekend in Albstadt, Germany. Heiko Hog came 2nd and Hannes Herrmann 3rd. Also Antonia Daubermann came 2nd amongst the women, – all podium positions were secured by this young and ambitious team!
“We take the races in the eMTB sector very seriously and strive to provide the best possible conditions for our riders. It’s even more gratifying that we can achieve these results in our first season,” says Helge von Fugler, CEO of Advanced in Germany.
A total of 10 events in 7 countries are scheduled this season for the Advanced E-Racing Team, led by former professional rider Stefan Schumacher as sports director. The team’s equipment including their vans, clothes and of course the team’s bikes are nothing less than best-in class.

THE EMTB machine
The Advanced Offroad Pro Mtb FS Race Limited Edition is their teams eMTB. It is as light as it is powerful. It has a full carbon frame, keeping the total weight of the eMTB below 22 kg whilst being able to cope with the extreme competitive conditions.
The combination of the high-end suspension technology from Rock Shox (ZEB Ultimate fork and Super Deluxe Ultimate shock absorber), the Bosch Performance CX Race motor with race mode and up to 400% pedal assistance as well as SRAM wireless gears (X01 Eagle AXS) and snappy Magura brakes (MT7 Pro HC) give the Advanced Team a true racing ‘machine’ that can prove itself in a professional competitive environment.
These international eMTB races at high level offer ideal conditions to the German manufacturer to input and guide further development of the OFFROAD segment for the model years to come.
