ADVANCED is an exclusive partner of the specialized bicycle trade. This means: the sale of our e-bikes takes place exclusively through selected specialist dealers, who are in close contact with our sales team on a daily basis. The dealer in your area offers you competent advice, the possibility of a test ride to test the e-bike live, as well as comprehensive advice on maintenance and service after the purchase.
FIND THE RIGHT E-BIKE
The frame heights that we have defined for our ADVANCED e-bikes are largely dependent on your stride length. You measure your stride length by standing barefoot with your back against a wall. Now hold a book or other object between your legs. The distance measured from the back of the book or the highest point of the object to the floor is your stride length. Your feet should be touching for a correct measurement and your legs should be fully extended. If you wear shoes, you should subtract 1-2 centimetres from the result. On the product page you can now easily enter your inseam when selecting the frame height.
CLAIMS, DAMAGES & WARRANTY
Due to the high quality standards of ADVANCED, we offer a 30 YEAR WARRANTY on all e-bike frames from model year 2015. We give this voluntary warranty to every first owner with registration within the first month after purchase of their e-bike. To register your e-bike for the 30 YEAR FRAME WARRANTY, please click here (link warranty). Furthermore, we offer 4 years warranty on the battery of the e-bike. All motors are covered by the manufacturer Bosch with 2 years warranty. Please note the terms of use and the T&Cs.
